MAPRx Coalition Calls on Congress to Reject Increased Copays for Medicare Part D Low Income Subsidy Beneficiaries

On September 29, 2017, the MAPRx Coalition sent this letter urging Congress to reject any proposal to increase Medicare Part D copayments for beneficiaries receiving the low-income subsidy (LIS). The letters were addressed to the Chairs and Ranking Members of the Senate Committee on Finance and the House Committee on Energy and Commerce. It was also sent to House and Senate healthcare staff members and the staff on the committees of jurisdiction.
